COLLEGE NOW – Materials are located in a stack shelf on the counter in the counseling office. All questions should be directed to Laurie Lamb.

LOCKERS (COMBINATIONS & LOCKER PROBLEMS) – Ayana Ervin, Receptionist in the counseling office.

LOST & FOUND – Located in the Nurse’s office.

LOST SCHEDULE – see Beth Giles, Computer Clerk in the Counseling Office.

OFF CAMPUS PASS – see your appropriate Counselor.

PARENT CONTACT INFORMATION – Contact Beth Giles, Computer Clerk to update your student’s emergency information.

PARENT CONNECT – Stephanie Blackmer, Registrar in counseling office.

PARENT MEETING WITH COUNSELOR – refer to Julie Curry  the Counseling Secretary to schedule an appointment.

PARENT PHONE CALLS – If they ask for a specific counselor, forward the call. If they have a general question, forward call to Response Counselor of the day.

SCHEDULE CHANGE – Complete the form, the appropriate Counselor will respond.

STUDENT ID’S – Ayana Ervin, Receptionist in the counseling office.

TESTING INFORMATION – put link to testing page

TRANSCRIPTS – Stephanie Blackmer,  , Registrar in counseling office. Must complete Records Release form if student is 18, otherwise parent signature required.
